Thousands of ancillary equipment form a large and complex pipe network system, and its business management tasks are very onerous. The company’s leadership attaches special importance to the promotion of advanced science and technology, improving business management, improving production efficiency, and improving service levels. It is planned to carry out the construction of automation and centralized control of energy network. The energy pipe network automation centralized control project is a comprehensive information system that manages production capacity equipment as its core content, monitors the operation of production equipment, and has the ability to share pipe network information on the local area network. It can quickly and easily query and count pipe network data. , Analysis, Emergency handling of emergencies in the operation of pipeline networks, Display of affected areas, Ability to autonomously quickly collect data, Real-time update of data, and to achieve rapid, standardized and uniform operation of pipelines and equipment State, real-time data and other integrated management, real-time reflect the latest state of the pipe network operation; provide a strong scientific decision-making basis for the daily maintenance of the pipe network, the preservation of the archives, planning and design, engineering transformation.

This control plan mainly considers the equipment control, upper monitoring, data sharing, dispatching control, etc. in the coke-resistant area. The main control points in the Jiaoyang area include: No. 3 boilers, two steam turbines, chemical water production stations, transmission and distribution, two 540,000-gas cabinets, and desulfurization and temperature reduction and decompression stations.

2. The system target monitors the operation status of the pipe network equipment in the coke-resistant area, and monitors the temperature, pressure, differential pressure, instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, and operational status parameters of the production equipment in real time at each measurement point. The alarm limit was set for each measured parameter. After an abnormal situation occurred, the central control room found the problem in time and issued an alarm.

Automatically collect data quickly, update the data in real-time, integrate the pipeline, equipment operation status, real-time data, etc. quickly, regularly, and uniformly, and truly reflect the latest status of the pipeline network operation.

Each parameter of the measuring point is automatically read and recorded by the computer, eliminating the need for manual recording and other intermediate links to prevent data inaccuracy.
The higher authorities can monitor the main production parameters and can automatically generate production reports.
According to the production requirements, the necessary parameters are stored to the designated server through the LAN.

3, the system program According to the characteristics of this project, the system network is divided into three levels. Figure 1 . A. 2) Transport Layer The transport layer allows the network program to obtain data through well-defined channels and certain characteristics, such as defining the port number of the network connection, to implement the transmission control protocol TCP and user datagram protocol UDP of the layer protocol. TCP datagram protocol is used in this system.
3) Network layer The network layer allows information to be sent to any host on an adjacent TCP/IP network. The IP protocol is the mechanism for transmitting data in this layer. At the same time, in order to establish interconnection between networks, an ARP address resolution protocol should be provided to implement mapping from IP addresses to physical addresses of data links.
4) Link Layer The underlying protocol that controls the transfer of data between different machines on the same physical network.

B. System Networking Mode This system uses client/server (C/S) mode. One database server is set up, and the rest of the collection stations and monitoring stations are clients. The C/S architecture refers to the design of the system is divided into server and client, both ends are designed and executed respectively, the server provides various services for data operation, and the client provides the user with the final operating interface, thus balancing the server And the processing load of the client greatly improves the execution efficiency of the system, optimizes the performance of the system, and reduces network data throughput and data transmission. The server refers to a high-performance server running a large RDBMS. The client refers to a number of microcomputers operated by the user. In this system, each collection station. The large-scale relational database system running on the server provides a series of important services for operations such as storage, access, query, backup, and recovery of the service database, and provides strict permission control for data security access, etc.; It is opaque to the user. C. Data collection and monitoring According to the actual distribution of actual control equipment, 6 monitoring points are set up. The boiler monitoring point is set as an engineering station and a general monitoring station. The rest of the monitoring points are only one station. At the same time, Windows 2000 AS also absorbed almost all the latest technological achievements of the network that have emerged in recent years. RADIUS, VPN, IPSec, OSPF, etc. all provide corresponding methods in Windows 2000 AS. With Windows 2000 AS, you can build a variety of powerful Intranet/Internet business solutions based on business needs.

Monitoring station operating system uses windows98. Windows 98 is a fairly mature client operating system with multiple network functions. Just add the appropriate network protocol and perform some network configuration to network with windows2000. In a local area network,
98 and 2000 operating systems can coexist and have good compatibility.

B. Database The function of the database is to store and extract the required information. It is an important part of the factory computer system support environment. It can organize and dynamically store a large amount of associated data and is accessed by multiple users. The database stores the company's key data and important information resources. Storage content has high application value and commercial value and is crucial to the company's production management and business activities. The safety and reliability of data information directly affect the production organization and operation of the entire company.

The system database uses Microsoft's large SQL Server 2000 database. SQL Server 2000 is a new version of Microsoft's large-scale database server software, its performance indicators in all aspects are among the best. Not only has a powerful performance and functional support, it has always been praiseworthy ease of use, SQL Server is becoming the preferred platform for large-scale database applications! SQL Server 2000 provides a very stupid default installation and usage model, and it is easy to get started. In addition, SQL Server 2000 can take into account small, medium, and large-scale applications, and has a strong scalability.

C, application software configuration software using MCGS common configuration software. MCGS is a universal configuration software running on Windows98/NT/2000. The MCGS is used to construct a "data acquisition system" that is adapted to the system, and the information on the production site is transmitted to the control room in real time to ensure the smooth flow of information throughout the entire plant. The network function of MCGS enables the company's grassroots and other departments to establish contact, and field operators and plant managers can see all kinds of data.
