Third, the power-off pull operation must be in accordance with the switch sequence, the order of power transmission in turn is the opposite. If the transformer needs to be powered off, the low voltage should be stopped first, then the high voltage should be stopped, and the high voltage should be sent first when the power is sent, and then the low voltage is sent.

4. The following items should be filled in the operation ticket:

4. Check the load.

5. Install or remove the fuse of the control circuit and voltage transformer circuit.

5. The operation ticket should be filled in with a pen or a signature pen. The ticket face should be clear and must not be altered. The operator and guardian shall check the completed operation items according to the simulation board or the knot diagram and sign them separately, and then review and sign the signature by the person in charge of the shift.

6. The equipment name, number and location should be checked before operation. The monitoring and reclamation system should be carefully implemented during the operation. It must be operated in the order of operation. After each operation, make a mark “√” and review it after all operations are completed.

7. The operation of the switch must be carried out by two people, one of whom is responsible for monitoring the equipment. A particularly important and complex switching operation is performed by a skilled attendant, who is responsible for monitoring.

8. In the event of doubts during operation, it is not allowed to change the operation ticket without authorization. If the lock device is not allowed to be released at will, report to the person in charge of duty or the person in charge of the supervisor immediately, and then proceed.

9. After the electrical equipment is out of power, even if the power is cut off, the equipment should not be touched before the switch is opened and the safety measures are taken to prevent sudden calls.

10. In the event of a personal electric shock, in order to understand the rescue of electric shock, the power supply of the relevant equipment may be disconnected without permission, but the superior must be reported immediately afterwards.

XI. The following items can be used without operating tickets:

1. Accident handling.

2. Pull the switch for a single operation.

3. Pull the grounding knife or remove the only set of grounding wires in the entire power distribution room, but the above operations should be recorded in the operation logbook.

12. The operation tickets shall be numbered first and used in the order of numbers. The invalid operation tickets shall be marked with the words “obsolete”, and the words that have been operated shall be marked (or stamped) with the words “already executed”. The above operation ticket is kept for three months.
