From the release of the country's rural power rate of two standards, two national rural power rate from high to low is broadly divided into three grades, the first tranche of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other economically developed provinces, Agriculture electrical two rates were 99% and 94%; the second gear is a most central, northwest, northeast and southern provinces, rural power two rates were 97% and 92%; third file is Sichuan Tibetan, Tibet less developed regions and the local power supply companies area, two target rate is relatively low, which in Tibetan areas of Sichuan and Tibet power supply reliability rate of 95% or less, the jurisdiction of Shanxi international electricity Group company and Tibet voltage standard pass rate below 90%.

On the whole, the national standard for agricultural electricity rate released this time conforms to the actual conditions of regional development.
