A voltage to frequency converter having an integrator consisting of a differential amplifier, a level controllable pulse generator, a switching controller and a precision charge distributor. The precision charge distributor consists of three switches, a constant charge capacitor, a reference regulator, a charging resistor and a negative supply. After the constant charge capacitor is discharged, the charge is charged to the breakdown level of the reference voltage regulator through the inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier and the negative power source to complete the charge. Compared with the existing integral charge-recovery type voltage-frequency converter, the fixed charge mode is superior, and the accuracy, stability and high-frequency performance of the converter are improved.
