First, preparation work     Prepare adequate and suitable tools and materials: 1 multimeter, 1 6-inch adjustable wrench, one cross and one-word screwdriver, one pair of wire gloves, one roll of insulating tape. Second, the electrical fault makes the isolation switch unable to operate the processing steps (1) If the contactor does not operate, it may be a control loop problem. The solution is to first check whether the equipment number and operation sequence are incorrect. If there is an error, the operation circuit is blocked by the anti-misclosure circuit, and the wrong operation should be corrected immediately; then check whether the operation power is normal, whether the fuse is blown or the contact is bad. After the processing is normal, continue to operate; if there is no such problem, check the non-passage point in the loop, and continue to operate after the processing is normal.     (2) If the contactor has been activated, the cause of the malfunction may be stuck or poor contact of the contactor, or it may be a problem with the motor. The voltage on the motor terminals should be further checked. If the voltage is abnormal, it proves to be a problem with the contactor, and vice versa.     (3) If the motor rotates, the mechanism should be suspended due to the mechanical stuck. Check the ground isolation switch first to see if it is fully pulled in place and pull it fully into position before proceeding.     (4) Check the position of the isolating switch position limit switch, the manual operation of the door limit switch and the mechanical lock. Third, matters needing attention     (1) Take care to prevent AC and DC electric shock when inspecting the secondary circuit.     (2) When testing with a multimeter, pay attention to the switching procedure.     (3) The terminal block leads that have changed during all maintenance work should be fastened, and there are no items left in the mechanism box.
