From September of this year so far, the promotion of Hebei Province's financial subsidy for efficient lighting products has been carried out for more than two months and has achieved remarkable results. By March next year, Hebei Province will continue to promote rural areas as key markets and continue to promote 4 million efficient lighting products.

According to the relevant subsidy policies, the subsidy target includes large users and urban and rural residents. Each high-efficiency lighting product of bulk users is subsidized by 30% of the price of the bid-winning agreement, and each high-efficiency lighting product of urban and rural residents is subsidized by 50% of the price of the bid-winning agreement.

The subsidy method adopts an indirect subsidy method, that is, the national unified tendering determines the promotion price of high-efficiency lighting products and the agreed supply price, which is subsidized by the financial subsidy to the winning bidder. The subsidy is then sold by the winning bidder according to the price of the bid-winning agreement minus the subsidy of the financial subsidy. For end users, the ultimate beneficiaries are bulk users and urban and rural residents. Focus on the popularization of high-efficiency lighting products in office buildings, hospitals, schools, high-grade restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, and roads.

According to statistics, from 2008 to 2011, Hebei Province promoted approximately 18.86 million energy-saving lamps. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the state continued to increase its promotion efforts. In 2012, it promoted more than 150 million efficient lighting products, including Hebei Province this year. The promotion task is 4 million.
