Ricoh Optoelectronics Introduces Three New High-Current COB Packages

Taiwan's LED packaging factory High Power Lighting launched the latest three energy-grade COB package LEDs that meet the US Energy Star Energy Star standards: C40 (3~5W), C70 (7~9W), C90 (12~14W) ). The C series LED package products belonging to these three products follow the research and development patented copper substrate packaging technology, which not only has high luminous efficiency, fast heat conduction and excellent light quality, but also has a competitive price.

COB series product specifications are as follows: in line with ANSI MacAdam ellipse 4 step CCT specifications; general light efficiency of 90 to 110 lumens / watt or more; color rendering CRI (Ra) greater than 80, light output angle up to 160 degrees, module forward drive voltage Can be controlled in a very small range, is the best choice for a variety of LED lamps or bulb lighting.

At the same time, in order to develop and design LED lamps with simplified and low-cost Power Supply, Ricoh Optoelectronics has also successfully developed 110V/220V high-voltage driving COB light source for C70/C90, which is currently limited by space and cost. Lighting products have the best application choice.

According to the research, the new COB series has a very good light color effect in indoor lighting. For example, bulbs, projection lamps, downlights, etc., have no dark area problems, and can be provided at 25°, 35°, 55° angles.

CPU Heat Sink

Air cooled radiator is the most common type of radiator, including a cooling fan and a cooling fin. The principle is to transfer the heat generated by the CPU to the heat sink, and then remove the heat through the fan. It should be noted that different types and specifications of CPUs use different heat sinks. For example, AMD CPUs and Intel CPUs use different heat sinks, and Intel 478 pin CPUs use different heat sinks compared to Intel 775 pin CPUs.
