The Internet of Things formed by the integration of intelligent perception technology, network technology and embedded software technology is widely used in many types of automation fields such as transportation control, parking lot management, security inspection, and warehouse management. Judging from the current development of the Internet of Things, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has become an important supporting technology for the Internet of Things. RFID technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which has the characteristics of strong penetration and long reading distance, and can obtain data without direct contact with the target; it can realize the recognition of high-speed moving objects, and can recognize many at the same time Signal source. This article applies the fusion of RFID technology, network technology and software technology to the university asset management system, and designs a university asset management system based on the Internet of Things technology to improve the efficiency of university asset management, protect the safety and integrity of assets, and prevent assets Loss, to realize the intelligentization of asset management in the true sense. The system can realize the automatic identification and movement management of assets, and the work of asset inquiry and inventory does not need to move animals, which greatly facilitates asset management personnel and provides work efficiency. In addition, the system also has an alarm function for specific areas and specific assets. Once these assets move out of a specific area, it will automatically alarm. 1 Overall functional design The overall plan of the university asset management system is shown in Figure 1. The main function of this layer is to use tags to identify devices that are managed as various types of assets, and to obtain tag signals through identifiers. Network layer: composed of WIFI wireless network and campus network. Make full use of the existing campus network of colleges and universities, and be responsible for transmitting the tag signals of various asset devices acquired by the identifier to the database system in the background. For places where there is no network wiring or wiring difficulties, WIFI wireless network is used to transmit the label signal to the database system in the background. Application layer: composed of application software system and database management system, responsible for asset management business processing and storage of asset equipment management data. The asset management application system is implemented on the background application server, which mainly expands the traditional asset management software, and uses RFID technology to realize the functions of asset inventory, location information display, and detailed processing of asset information. The specific functions of the asset management system are shown in Figure 2. Figure 2 Functional diagram of university asset management system 2 System hardware design The hardware part of the system mainly includes RFID tags, RFID identifiers, PCs and servers. RFID tags need to be fixed on each device. Corresponding identifiers are required in the public areas such as the center of the rooms and corridors in the laboratories of colleges and universities. Each RFID identifier corresponds to its own room number or corresponding public area. Once a mobile device with an RFID tag enters a room or area, it is immediately recognized by the RFID identifier in the room or area and the identifier number and tag internal code are transmitted to the back-end server through the WIFI wireless network. According to the received information, the server You can automatically track the location of each device and perform inventory when needed. PC and server are mainly used to run the corresponding software system. The part that needs to be developed independently is the tag recognizer. The recognizer can be divided into handheld and fixed. According to the actual situation and application requirements of this system, this design uses a fixed RFID identifier. The RFID identifier system is mainly composed of three parts: microprocessor MCU, RF radio frequency receiving and WIFI information output module. The microprocessor MCU is used to control the working mode and frequency band of the RF chip. At the same time, it receives the internal code of the tag received from the RF chip and adds the internal code of the identifier, which is converted into WIFI information output after processing. The radio frequency part is mainly composed of RF special chips. The WIFI information output part is mainly composed of the WIFI processing module. 3 System software design The software design of this system includes the design of the transceiving program of the identifier and the tag, the equipment asset management software and the background database. The sending and receiving programs of the recognizer and the tag are implemented in C language, which mainly completes the program initialization, defining the physical address of RF sending / receiving, the length of the sending / receiving address, the frequency band and rate of sending / receiving and other parameters. The equipment asset management software is developed in Java language, and the back-end database uses Oracle database software. 4 Conclusion The asset management system based on the Internet of Things technology has been applied in the school's asset management. The actual operation results show that the system can improve the efficiency of asset management, facilitate the tracking of equipment, ensure the safety of equipment, improve the level of fine management of laboratory equipment in the school, and make the management of the school's fixed assets orderly.
