Under normal use, the UPS is powered by the mains, the inverter does not work, and other logic control components are in a power-on state, but they are low voltage and low power consumption. When the utility power is interrupted, the working time of the inverter high-power switch tube is relatively short, so the probability of failure is relatively low. The UPS has failed, mostly due to improper use by the user.

1. When using, the battery must be fully charged, and the battery wiring should be in good contact. Do not turn on the UPS when the voltage is too low or when the battery is not connected, otherwise danger may occur.

2. Always turn off all loads carried by the UPS before each power cycle. Be sure to turn on the UPS when the mains supply is normal. After the UPS supplies the voltage normally, let the load use electricity.

3. Do not turn on the UPS without a mains supply. When the mains power is cut off, it is necessary to shut down the machine as soon as possible, and then turn off the UPS. After the UPS is turned off, be sure to wait 10 seconds or more before turning on the UPS to prevent damage to the UPS.

4. If the UPS is working in the market for a long time, it is recommended to unplug the AC power supply every three months or so to operate the inverter and discharge the battery pack until the alarm signal becomes shorter, then turn on the external power supply. This not only checks whether the battery and inverter work properly, but also extends the battery life.

5. The actual load of the UPS should be based on 70% of its power. If the actual power is 700W, the UPS with a power of 1000W should be selected. Note that the load cannot be a thyristor rectifier circuit and a large inductor circuit, otherwise danger will occur.

6. When the battery charging time is sufficient, when the inverter load is about 70%, if the alarm signal becomes short and short after 2 to 3 months of operation of the UPS, the battery life has reached the limit and the battery must be replaced. Otherwise, it will not only affect the work, but also cause other adverse consequences. The new battery is charged before it can be used normally.

7. When working at UPS, be sure to be guarded. When the mains supply is interrupted, the UPS alarm should turn off the UPS in time. Otherwise, the battery will shorten the life due to excessive discharge or burn out the inverter tube. Note that the above points, UPS generally does not have problems, and the battery life can reach 3 to 5 years.
