Xiu Zelan (1925—) Architect. Hunan Yuanling people. In 1947, he graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering of Nanjing Central University. He once served as the “Ministry of Communications†and the Taiwan Provincial Railway Bureau. He is currently the Taipei Zegen Architects Office. Engaged in architectural design and engineering throughout Taiwan, with the Garden New Town of Taipei City and the Zhongshan Building of Yangmingshan as his masterpiece, the design is novel and highly praised. The business has developed rapidly and has opened up the “Top Ten Outstanding Young People†and the 5th Outstanding Architect Award in the Arab Building City.
He participated in Banqiao Station in 1958, Zhongtou High School Science Museum in Nantou in 1959, Zhongshan Women's Hall in 1960, Taichung Sun Moon Lake Teachers' Club in 1961, Tainan Teachers College Library in 1962, Taichung Teachers' Club in 1963, and Hualien Teachers College Library in 1965.
