Due to technical limitations and poor environmental adaptability, especially on the surface acoustic wave screen, the screen will not be able to be used normally due to water droplets, dust, etc., so the touch screen also needs regular maintenance as with ordinary machines. And since the touch screen is a highly integrated touch integrated machine for a variety of electrical equipment, the following problems should be noted during use and maintenance.
1) Wipe the screen with a dry cloth before turning it on every day.
2) Water droplets or beverages falling on the screen will cause the software to stop reacting. This is because water droplets and fingers have similar characteristics, and the water droplets need to be wiped off.
3) The touch screen controller can automatically judge the dust, but too much dust will reduce the sensitivity of the touch screen, just wipe the screen with a dry cloth.
4) Apply a glass cleaner to clean dirty fingerprints and oil on the touch screen.
5) Strictly turn on and off the power according to the regulations, that is, the order of turning on the power is: display, audio, and host. Turning off the power is done in the reverse order.
6) A large number of temporary files are generated on the hard disk. If you frequently break the point or do not exit Windows, the system will shut down directly, which will cause a hard disk error. Therefore, you need to run ScanDisk to scan the hard disk error regularly. It is best to set the secret mode to exit the application and Windows to power off the application. For example, the four corners are clicked in the specified order.
7) The pure touch screen program does not require a mouse cursor, and the cursor only makes the user's attention inconsistency.
8) Choose the simplest anti-mouse mode that is sufficient for your application, because complex modes require sacrificing latency and system resources.
9) In Windows, when launching a slower application, the user has the opportunity to enter other systems. The solution is to modify the SYSTEM.INI file: change shell=progman.exe (under Windows 3.x) or shell=Explorer.exe (on Windows 95) directly to the .exe file. However, the application should be able to quit Windows directly, otherwise the system will not be able to quit.
10) Depending on the harsh environment, periodically open the machine head to clean the reflective stripe and inner surface of the touch screen. The specific method is: open the cover on both sides of the machine, you can find the mechanism to loosen the front tongue of the machine head, and open the mechanism to release the lock tongue. Lift the front of the machine head, you can see the touch screen control card, unplug the touch screen cable, and remove the machine head and touch screen by retracting the machine head. After carefully looking at the method of fixing the touch screen, remove the touch screen cleaning, taking care not to use hard paper or hard cloth, and do not scratch the reflective stripes. Finally, the machine head is restored in reverse order and in the original structure.
