In view of these defects, this paper will use a reasonable controller and amplification filter device, combined with the micro power module, to design an infrared pyroelectric scanning module that can be embedded in household equipment, and realize embedded design on the basis of ensuring certain scanning accuracy. .

Based on the infrared pyroelectric sensing technology, this paper designs and builds a WiFi-based infrared pyroelectric scanning module for embedding in household appliances, security equipment, public electrical facilities and other places. Scanning and data collection of external human body signals by infrared pyroelectric equipment, transmitting the collected data to the single-chip microcomputer, transmitting data to the WiFi module by the single-chip microcomputer, transmitting the device status to the user by using the wireless signal, and controlling the relay module by using the single-chip microcomputer, Switch the device to control. In summary, in order to design an internal embedded module for other devices, it is required to meet the requirements of small production volume, wide sensing range, and high sensitivity.

The operational amplifier and digital-to-analog signal conversion device used in the module shown in Figure 1 can be selected by comparison, and the operational amplifier and digital-to-analog conversion circuit can be reasonably selected, which can effectively improve the induction accuracy of infrared pyroelectricity and reduce the error. produce.

2 scan module hardware design
