Why is a discussion about lighting so intense?

Conversely, the same light does not mean that people can get the same mood, because everyone reacts differently to light, just as everyone has their favorite dietary preferences. So almost no specific lighting can be found to satisfy the entire office.

In fact, the most comfortable light comes from the sun in nature. The daylighting is in line with the laws of nature, which can naturally improve work performance and benefit human health. Northwestern University has published a cross-border nerve experiment that believes that in an office without windows, work efficiency is lower than in a normal environment. Office work in the sun is more beneficial to improving mood, morale, and fatigue.

To test the results of this study, two reporters from Bloomberg Business became a mouse. They adjusted their schedule to synchronize with the sun and get up early into the office. At first, both reporters felt sleepy in the afternoon. After adjusting to the schedule, they said that they were energetic after work every day.
