Timer Control Time Adgustment
1.Press the power switch 1 time,the 1HOUR LED will light on.The Timer into ON mode,USB and control socket output ON .
2.Continuously press the power switch
the LED light on,the Countdown mode and LED light on will cycle change
from 1HR,2HR,4HR,6HR,8HR,10HR.
3.Choose you need countdown time

The regulator circuit that manually resumes operation is shown in the figure. The current of the reference voltage supply flowing through the Zener diodes VD3 and VD4 is stabilized by the bulb H, thereby improving the stability, and the bulb is also used for overload indication. By adjusting potentiometer RP2, the output voltage of the regulator can be adjusted in the range of 0.2 to 15V, and the maximum load current (protection at this current) can be determined by adjusting the trimming resistor RP1. When the VT5 is equipped with a heat sink and the output voltage is 15V, the regulator can pass a current of 1A for a long time, or a current of 2~3A in 30~40min (depending on the air convection condition of the adjusting tube radiator). The circuit uses both electronic protection and electromagnetic protection.
(2) Electronic protection circuit
The electronic protection circuit is composed of a triode VT1, a thyristor V, and the like. When overloaded or short-circuited, the voltage drop across the sense resistor R0 increases, and the transistors VT1 and thyristor V are triggered to conduct. Because it short-circuits the reference voltage supply, the triodes VT3 and VT4 are turned off, and the base of the adjustment tube VT5 is turned off without bias, achieving the purpose of overcurrent protection.
When the overload or short-circuit fault is removed, if the power supply is restored to the initial state, simply press the reset button SB. Since the thyristor V anode-cathode is short-circuited after the button is pressed, and the control electrode is unbiased, the thyristor is turned off.
An electronic lock consisting of a triode VT1 is introduced into the regulator to reduce the output impedance of the regulator, but this is not necessarily required.
(3) Electromagnetic protection circuit
The use of an additional electromagnetic protection circuit consisting of a triode VT2 and a relay KA is based on the following reasons: when the regulator has been operating for a long time near the maximum current value, if there is no electromagnetic protection, when the load is slightly overloaded, the electronic protection Although the action, but the adjustment tube VT5 is not completely cut off, a large current continues to pass through it, it is likely to burn it.
With electromagnetic protection, when the load is slightly overloaded or short-circuited, it can move quickly. That is, when the thyristor V is turned on, the base of the triode VT2 is applied to the positive terminal of the Zener diode via the resistor R2, the VT2 is turned on, the relay KA is pulled in, and the normally open contact 1 is closed, and the base of the adjusting tube VT5 is connected. At the positive polarity end, VT5 is turned off and the load circuit is cut off.
(4) Production instructions
The high-power tube 3AD56 is a device with a large power consumption. In addition to the standard high-power triode housing package, it must be installed with a sufficient heat sink. The heat sink can be mounted on the circuit board during production. The indicator light H and the button SB are mounted on the front panel for display and operation; the input and output terminals are mounted on the rear panel for easy wiring. 2CW72 is two ordinary Zener diodes, and the voltage regulation value is 7.0~8.8V.
