(1) Internal selection:

The internal selection is the layer selection signal in the elevator car. It can be implemented in the form of a button or by other signal input methods (such as input through a card reader or other means). CAR BUTTON is generally used in Otis to express the function with the abbreviation CB: (1) When the internal selection is registered, the internal selection signals that are in the same direction as the car will respond in sequence. (There is a problem here. When the elevator speed exceeds 1.5m/s, there will be more than two running curves of the elevator. When the elevator has started at a long stroke with a higher speed, this time you press the nearest internal selection, It is possible that the response to the internal selection must use the short stroke curve so that the elevator cannot respond to the signal in sequence and will continue to respond to the signal registered before the start) (2) When the car stops at a certain floor or is decelerating to the floor, then The internal selection signal of this layer will not be registered. (3) When the internal selection signal is registered, the internal selection signal registration button light (CTTL) will be illuminated and kept until the elevator answers the signal or the system is for other reasons. When the internal signal is canceled. (4) The internal selection signal will be eliminated in the door zone (DZ). (5) If there is no internal selection signal in the direction of the car running, all other internal selection signals will be eliminated at the deceleration point. It is the reverse cancellation number (6) When the CTTL is lit, the internal selection buzzer CBS will sound (this function is valid only when there is a function option with internal sound selection)

(2) Outbound call:

The internal selection is the selection signal outside the elevator hall. It can be implemented in the form of a button or by other signal input methods (such as input through a card reader or other means). HALL BUTTON generally uses the English abbreviation HB to indicate the function in Otis: (1) When the outgoing call signal is registered, the outgoing call signals in the same direction as the elevator car will be sequentially answered. (There are also the same problems with the internal selection here: when the elevator speed exceeds 1.5m/s, there will be more than two running curves of the elevator. When the elevator has started at a higher speed, this time you press The most recent outbound call may be that the short-stroke curve must be used to answer the outside call, so that the elevator cannot respond to the signal in sequence and will continue to respond to the signal registered before the start) (2) Unlike the internal selection, the last reverse direction The outgoing call signal will also be answered (3) If the elevator car stops at a certain layer, the outbound call in the same direction will cause the door to be reopened, and the outbound call signal will be maintained. (4) The outgoing call signal will be normally cleared in the following cases: (a) If the call signal is registered before the deceleration point, it will be eliminated at the deceleration point (b) If the call signal is after the deceleration point Registration, will receive the DZ is eliminated (of course there are other reasons for being eliminated, such as emergency stop, overhaul, fault, etc., because it is not a normal number, so it is not introduced here) (5) When the passenger will The “upper and lower” outside calls of the middle layer are selected. When the elevator reaches this level (no other signal), the system will cancel the external call of the same layer in the direction of the elevator, but keep the signal in the opposite direction. At the same time, the elevator will close the door and reopen the door after the door is completely closed, and the elevator running direction in the system changes and cancels the outgoing call signal opposite to the direction in which the elevator is running. (6) When the “LNS” full load signal is input, the full load indicator will light. At this time, the external call signal will not work, the elevator will not stop because of the call, but the external call signal will remain. (7) When the outgoing call HB signal is registered, the outgoing call button light (CTTL, DTTL) will be illuminated. (8) When the outside call button is pressed, the external call alert buzzer in the car will sound. (This function is only available when the system has an external call alert function. Normally, the Otis elevator does not have this function.)

(3) Long and short trips:

Long stroke runs and short stroke runs are a basic concept. When the elevator is running, in order to improve efficiency, several speed curves will be preset. Generally, there are “long stroke speed curves (this is the rated speed curve) and short stroke speed curves (this is generally not up to the rated). The speed is the percentage of the rated speed), the leveling speed, the rescue speed, the addressing speed, the self-learning speed, the inspection speed, and the like.

Under normal circumstances, the elevator running one layer uses the short stroke speed curve, and the elevator uses the long stroke speed curve when running two or more layers. This is because, in the short-stroke operation, the elevator goes in a single layer, the elevator accelerates from the beginning - reaches the rated speed - in the deceleration to stop, this process may cause the elevator to pass through the floor, because the floor distance of the single floor is simply It is impossible to complete the process of the elevator reaching the rated speed and decelerating, so the lower short stroke speed is used, and when the elevator runs in the short stroke, because the speed of the short stroke is relatively low, a complete acceleration-rated speed operation can be completed. - The process of slowing down the parking.

During long-stroke operation, because the floor distance is large enough, it can meet the elevator acceleration to the rated speed and the distance from deceleration to parking, so you can use long stroke speed to run.

Due to the long and short stroke speed characteristics, if the elevator has started at a long stroke speed, it will not respond to the short trip call signal, so you will find that when you select the 6th floor on the first floor, the elevator is just in the elevator. When starting but still on the 1st floor, when you go to the 2nd floor, the elevator will not answer the 2nd floor selection, but will run to the floor according to the original long stroke speed, but if you choose 3 or 4 at this time The elevator will still respond to the selection of 3 or 4 layers.

The long strokes and short strokes are also reflected in the end station speed change protection switches of the upper and lower stations. Because the speeds of long stroke and short stroke are different, the speed change distance is also different. This requires two end station speed change protection switches at different end positions to adapt to long stroke speed protection and short stroke speed protection respectively. .

Now the newer higher-speed elevator speed curve will be more, the computer can calculate the speed curve according to the running distance, that is, there will be multiple short-stroke speed curves.

(4) Anti-disruptive service: ANS (Anti-Nuisance Operation)

The anti-disruptive service is one of the standard functions of the elevator. The main function is to prevent the person from selecting all the internal selection signals (the chaotic) protection function when there is only one person in the car.
