As a kind of processing equipment with high technical content and high electromechanical instrument, CNC machine tools have higher procurement cost and heavier processing tasks. Thus, CNC machine tools are enterprise Class A equipment. For Class A equipment such as CNC machine tools, there are many precautions before it is officially put into production.
First, understand the use of CNC machine tools In order to avoid some unnecessary failures in the use of CNC machine tools, CNC machine operators should carefully read the relevant operating instructions before operating the CNC system, to understand in detail the CNC system used. Performance, to be proficient in the functions of the various buttons, buttons and switches on the CNC system and machine operation panel and precautions for use.
Second, the use environment of CNC machine tools
1. In order to improve the service life of CNC machine tools, it is generally required to avoid direct sunlight or other heat radiation.
2. Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference sources and make the machine work stable.
3. Avoid using it in an environment that is too humid and has too much temperature difference. For high precision and expensive CNC machine tools, they should be used in air-conditioned rooms.
4. Avoid use in places with excessive dust or corrosive gases. Corrosive gases tend to cause corrosion damage to electronic components, resulting in poor contact or short circuits between components, affecting the normal operation of the device.
5. The machine tool should be away from the equipment with large vibration (such as punching machine, forging equipment, etc.). For high-precision machine tools, anti-vibration measures (such as anti-vibration ditch) should also be used.
Third, the power requirements of CNC machine tools
1. The numerical control system has strict requirements on the power supply. Generally, the working voltage is 220V±10%, and the fluctuation cannot be too large.
2. In order to avoid the influence of large fluctuations of power supply and possible transient interference signals, for qualified enterprises, special line power supply or voltage regulator device can be adopted for CNC machine tools to reduce the influence of poor power supply quality and provide normal operation for CNC machine tools. Strong guarantee.
3. Before using the machine tool, check whether the specifications of the AC power supply meet the requirements, and check the voltage, frequency and capacity of the AC power supply.
Fourth, the CNC machine tool before the power check
1. Machine tool electrical inspection Open the machine control box and check whether the relay, contactor, fuse, servo motor speed, control unit socket, spindle motor speed control unit socket, etc. are loose.
If it is loose, it should return to the normal state, and the connector with the locking mechanism must be locked. Machine tools with transfer boxes must check the socket on the transfer box, the wiring is loose, and the locking mechanism must be locked.
2. Check the circuit board of the CNC system to check whether the hardware settings on various printed circuit boards meet the requirements. Carefully check that all the connecting cables between the CNC unit and the outside world are correctly and reliably connected as specified in the supplied connection manual.
Check all kinds of interface sockets, servo motor feedback line socket, spindle pulse generator socket, hand pulse generator socket, etc. If there is loosening, please re-insert it, and the locking mechanism must be locked. .
Check the setting of the short-circuit terminal on each printed circuit board according to the technical manual or manual. It must conform to the state set by the machine tool manufacturer. If it is wrong, it should be reset. Under normal circumstances, it is not necessary to reset it, but the user must be short-circuited. The setting status of the terminal is made to be the original record.
3. Line connection quality check Check that the connecting piece, terminal block and each printed circuit board are tight. Check if it is inserted in place, whether the terminals are loose or not, and whether the fastening screws are tightened, because the faults caused by the defects are the most common.
Each terminal must be tightened once with a screwdriver until it is screwed with the screwdriver. The motor sockets must be tightened.
4. Solenoid valve check All solenoid valves must be pushed by hand several times to prevent malfunction caused by non-energization for a long time. If abnormality is found, record should be made to confirm repair or replacement after power-on.
5. The limit switch checks and checks whether the limited switch operation is flexible and fixed. If it is found that the operation is poor or the fixing is not strong, it should be dealt with immediately.
6. Check the buttons and switches on the operation panel. Check all the buttons, switches and indicators on the operation panel. If any errors are found, they should be processed immediately. Check the sockets and wiring on the display unit.
7. Ground wire inspection CNC machine tools must have good ground wire to ensure equipment, personal safety and reduce electrical interference. The protective earthing wire should be connected between servo unit, servo transformer and power cabinet.
Measure the machine ground wire, the grounding resistance should not be greater than 1 ohm.
8. Check the phase sequence of the power supply. Check the phase sequence of the input power supply to confirm that the phase sequence of the input power supply and the phase sequence of the power supply marked on the machine are absolutely consistent.
Equipment with secondary wiring, such as power transformers, must confirm the consistency of the phase sequence of the secondary wiring. Make sure that the phase sequence is absolutely correct. At this point, the power supply voltage should be measured and recorded.
5. Check the machine after the main power is turned on.
1. Check the CNC system electric box, the spindle motor cooling fan, and the steering of the machine tool electrical box cooling fan. If the fan is not normal, it will affect the heat dissipation of the numerical control device.
2. Check the oil mark indication at the lubrication, hydraulic pressure, etc., and whether the machine light is normal, whether the fuses are damaged or not. If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the power supply and repair, no abnormality can continue.
