Third, LED bracket climbing glue

the reason:

1. The surface of the bracket is uneven and produces capillary phenomenon;

2. AB glue contains volatile materials;

Fourth, LED package short baked after the mold is long baked color

the reason:

1. The stacking in the oven is too dense and the ventilation is poor;

2. The local temperature of the oven is too high;

3. There are other color pollutants in the oven.

solve:

Improve ventilation, remove stains, and confirm the actual temperature in the oven.

5. The lamps on the same row of brackets have some coloring or gelling time, and the quality is uneven.

Cause: insufficient mixing

Solution: Stir well, especially at the corners of the container.

Six, not easy to demould

Cause: There is a problem with the AB glue or the glue does not reach the curing hardness.
