Littelfuse PLED Series Surface Mount LED Protectors enhance protection and extend LED lighting life. PLED equipment is designed for outdoor high-brightness LED lighting applications (advertising and traffic signs, road/channel/runway lighting, aircraft and emergency lighting) to help ensure high reliability and low maintenance.

PLED devices are available for 1-W, 2-Watt and 3-Watt LED applications with a nominal forward voltage of 3V and have a high current range of 300mA to 1.0A. The device also features a low on-state voltage of 1.5V and a low-off state. Current reduces power loss and reduces the heating effect on the LED.
