This lawsuit only covers Intematix's R and ER products in Korea. Intematix offers several other next-generation proprietary red nitride solutions, including red nitride products from the RR and XR series. Intematix's RR series of red nitride products have a unique formulation and are protected by US Patent No. 8274215. Intematix's XR series of red nitride products are based on a completely different structure and are the latest red nitride products from Intematix.
Intematix's general counsel, Tom MacMitchell, said, "We will continue to defend ourselves in all litigation and we believe Intematix will ultimately win." 
Intematix and Mitsubishi Chemical Patent Litigation are still in progress
Intematix, which manufactures phosphors and phosphors for LED lighting, has recently provided the latest news on patent infringement lawsuits with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation in Korea. Intematix reported that on February 5, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court decided that no enforcement ruling would be made at this time.
