At that time, nearly 50 roads and 200,000 meters long roads in the high-tech zone will be illuminated by LED street lights.

According to estimates, the energy saving efficiency of LED street lamps is above 55%, and the stable service life is 6 times that of ordinary street lamps. If the calculation is based on the installation of 1000 盏 LED street lamps, the annual electricity savings will be more than 1 million yuan. After 3 years, the investment and operating costs of 1000 盏 LED street lamps are basically the same as the operating costs of ordinary street lamps. The design life of LED street lamps is about 10 years, and LED street lamps have greater advantages in terms of failure rate and maintenance cost than traditional street lamps. Therefore, the benefits of LED street lamps due to energy saving and environmental protection are very large.
